Sundarban Hilsa Festival Itinerary

Day 1
Pickup at 7:00 AM from Sealdah Station for the Sundarban Hilsa Festival tour. After a 3-hour journey, arrive at Godkhali, the gateway to the Sundarbans. Breakfast will be served on the boat. Visit the Rabindranath Tagore Bungalow, then transfer from Godkhali Jetty by motorboat to the forest area.

Enjoy a scenic cruise through the rivers Hogol, Gomar, Durgaduni, and Gumdi. Fish fry and cold drinks will be served at 11:30 AM, followed by lunch on the boat at 1:30 PM. Check in to the hotel at 2:30 PM, located on one of the Sundarban islands.

In the evening, enjoy a sunset boat ride, return to the hotel by 6:00 PM, and relax. Snacks with a tribal dance performance will be served at 7:00 PM, followed by dinner at 9:00 PM. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2
Begin the day with bed tea at 6:30 AM, followed by departure for a jungle safari at 7:00 AM as part of the Sundarban Hilsa Festival experience.

Enjoy a full-day boat safari through the rivers and narrow creeks of Sundarban National Park. Breakfast will be served on the boat at 8:30 AM.

Visit:

• Sajnekhali Watch Tower
• Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower – a popular spot for sightings of the Royal Bengal Tiger, along with deer, wild boar, and other wildlife.
• Narrow creek exploration at Bono Bibi Varani

Lunch will be served on the boat at 1:30 PM. Later, visit Dobanki Watch Tower, famous for its canopy walk and views of wildlife, along with the Spotted Deer Rehabilitation Centre.

Return to the hotel by 5:00 PM. Evening at leisure. Tea and snacks at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner at 9:00 PM. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3
Bed tea at 6:30 AM. After breakfast on the boat, enjoy a half-day forest safari as part of the Sundarban Hilsa Festival tour. Lunch will be served at 1:00 PM.

Return to Godkhali by 2:00 PM and proceed to Sealdah Station, arriving around 5:00 PM.

Tour Ends with beautiful memories of the Sundarban Hilsa Festival.
