Terms & Conditions for Tour Package Booking

1. Booking Policy:
- Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment (minimum 50% of the total package cost).
- Full payment must be cleared at least 7 days prior to the journey date.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- No changes will be entertained within 7 days of the tour date unless due to unavoidable circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation must be informed in writing via email/WhatsApp.
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the following schedule:
- 30 days or more before the journey: 10% of the total package cost
- 15 to 29 days before the journey: 30% of the total package cost
- 7 to 14 days before the journey: 50% of the total package cost
- Less than 7 days: No refund
Note: Refund (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days.
3. Package Inclusions & Exclusions:
- Package includes only those items/services specifically mentioned in the “Inclusions” section of the itinerary.
- Anything not mentioned under “Inclusions” will be considered as “Exclusions” and will be chargeable additionally.
4. ID Proof Requirement:
- All travelers must carry original valid ID proof (Addhar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License).
- Aadhaar Card & PAN Card are NOT valid for inner line permits In Sikkim and Arunachal.
- Foreign nationals must carry their Passport & Valid Visa.
5. Changes or Delay in Itinerary:
- Go Bhraman Holidays reserves the right to change, alter or cancel the tour plan due to
- 👉natural calamities,
- 👉 political
- 👉disturbances,
- 👉weather conditions,
- 👉 or any unforeseen situation beyond our control.
- In case of such changes, no refund will be entertained for the unutilized portion of the tour.
6. Transport & Accommodation:
- The vehicle provided is for the itinerary mentioned only. Extra usage will be charged additionally.
- All accommodations are on a twin/triple sharing basis at homestays, Hotel unless otherwise specified.
- Room heater charges (if required) are payable directly by the guest at the homestay.
7. Health & Safety:
- Guests are advised to consult a physician regarding high-altitude travel if they have pre-existing health conditions.
- Oxygen cylinders (if required) are available at extra cost.
- Go Bhraman Holidays will not be responsible for any accident, illness, or injury during the tour.
8. Personal Belongings:
- Guests are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings at all times.
- Go Bhraman Holidays will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
9. Liability Disclaimer:
- Go Bhraman Holidays acts only as a tour operator and does not own or control any hotel, transport, or other services.
- All arrangements are made in good faith but without any liability for delays, damages, or any kind of loss caused directly or indirectly due to circumstances beyond our control.
10. Jurisdiction:
- All disputes arising out of this tour package are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata Court only.
